East Village Infrastructure Upgrades
MARMOT CONSTRUCTION WAS THE SOLE CONCRETE AND PAVING STONE PROVIDER OF THE EAST VILLAGE INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES
Paving Stone / Concrete
Plans to revitalize the East Village began in 2005 and included redevelopment of the Rivers District, tearing down dilapidated buildings and building a RiverWalk along the Bow and Elbow River. Collaborating on many aspects of the revitalization, our team also performed the infrastructure upgrades, which included the paving stone, brick and concrete work for residential areas. All told, Marmot Construction installed over 15,000 square metres of interlocking paving stones and more than 250 specialty tree boxes.
